How It Works

Getting connected to our high-speed wireless internet is simple and seamless. Here’s how it works:

  1. Wireless Antenna Installation
We install a small wireless antenna (often called a dish) on the exterior of your home. This device is crucial for receiving our signal.
  2. Connection to Our Towers
The antenna communicates directly with one of our nearby towers to deliver reliable internet to your home. To ensure a strong and stable connection, the antenna requires a line of sight or near line of sight to one of our towers.
  3. Line of Sight Check
When you contact us for service, we’ll use your address and a terrain map to determine if there’s a clear line of sight to one of our towers. If everything checks out, we’ll schedule a convenient time for installation.
  4. Routing the Cable
Once the antenna is installed, we’ll route the cable into your home through a weatherproof entry point. The cable will connect to your router inside the home.
  5. Choose Your Router
You can either purchase a router directly from us or use one you already own. Either way, you’ll be ready to enjoy our high-speed wireless internet.

Our team takes care to ensure the entire installation process is quick, efficient, and weather-resistant, so you can stay connected with confidence.

Dedicated Point-to-Point Wireless Bridge: $500 (one-time, no recurring charges )

Extend your internet connection to nearby buildings such as garages, shops, or other structures with a Dedicated Point-to-Point Wireless Bridge. This setup provides a reliable wireless connection with speeds of up to 300 Mbps symmetric, depending on the environment and line of sight between the buildings.

What’s Included:

  • Wireless antennas and point-to-point equipment.
  • Installation hardware and labor.
  • Necessary cabling and power supplies.

What’s Not Included:

  • Additional switching or equipment needed in your home (an open port on your Home Wi-Fi Router is usually sufficient).
  • Wi-Fi broadcasting or switching equipment for the remote building (this can be accomplished with an additional router, available for purchase from us or supplied by the customer).

Please note that the quality and speed of the connection depend on environmental factors and the line of sight between the buildings.
